The Barmouth Beachhouse is a self-contained space at the Barmouth outside the village of Castlerock. It is adjacent to the world famous Castlerock Golf Course, the National Trust Bird Sanctuary and is beside the River Bann Estuary.

The Beachhouse was an idea to share my love of Castlerock and in particular the Barmouth area which is a haven of nature and private living.

The Beachhouse is in a private location with all amenities available with a view to sharing a wonderful area to escape from life in the city and return to nature. The area is relaxing, private with beautiful walks and historic areas to visit.

There are many local attractions including Mussenden Demesne, National Trust Bird Sanctuary, Binevenagh , Giant’s Causeway, Portrush and Portstewart to name but a few. Take the famous train journey from the village of Castlerock to the historic city of Derry/Londonderry, a short car journey to Benone Beach, or catch the Magilligan Ferry to Greencastle and visit many beautiful areas in County Donegal.

The Beachhouse is fully registered with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and is decorated in the style of a beach hut. It has two single beds which can be converted to a double bed and sleeps two.

There is a modern kitchen in the property with all amenities provided.  There is also a separate shower and toilet facilities. All bedding and towels are provided and a welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

A patio area is situated at the side of the property for outside dining with table and chairs provided. There is also a patio area on the opposite of the property which is covered and can be used too. Private parking is provided onsite.

The Beachhouse has a booking policy of minimum of two nights and is open all year round.

The accommodation is modern and provides privacy in a beautiful location.

Booking for a break at this location will help to lift the spirits, escape from the city and shelter in nature to visit fabulous beaches, beautiful walks or play golf at our local Golf Courses.
