The Willows bed & breakfast & self catering cottages provides a luxury base to explore North West Ireland.

Set in 3 acres of the landscaped grounds of a stunning Limavady Edwardian country house in the idyllic Roe Valley.

Whilst the bed & breakfast is ideal for adults, our 4 self catering cottages are perfect for families & groups.  They are also dog friendly.

We are lucky to be able to offer a warm Irish welcome to guests from all over the world.

Facilities

The outside Kitchen with BBQ’s and an “Ooni” Pizza oven are available for all our guests to use.  Book a private session in our hot tub (additional charge) or play Lawn games; Jenga, Garden Dominos and giant Connect Four which are all available.

We provide safe, secure storage for our guests golf, surfing and paddle boarding equipment.
