The Briers is a family-run Country House in Newcastle, South Down, Northern Ireland, close to the Mourne Mountains and Royal County Down Golf Course.

All our rooms have an ensuite with either shower or shower over bath. Also included are tea and coffee facilities.

Our spacious guest house has 9 bedrooms, a dining room, bar and snug room with Sky Sports TV. An outside area features tables to soak up the sun. You can also escape to our luxurious 3 bedroom cottage sleeping up to 6 with a hot tub.

Our gardens have a plethora of native trees, including Maple, Alder, Rowan (mountain ash), Norway maple (red), Ash, Grey elder and more.
