We started out in an old gazebo, one grill with hopes and dreams. From this we teamed up with our local butchers who provide grass fed sustainable beef, local to the Mournes to trial, test and create the best possible burger recipe that worked for us.
We started to amass a large following with our passion for quality street food. With our chefs having over 20 years of experience in the catering industry, we quickly marketed ourselves as a specialty street food vendor. We started catering for weddings, corporate events and parties.
We are well known for our wide selection of ever changing street food, burgers and loaded fries topped with smoked meats, which we smoke ourselves in house, using only source fresh, local ingredients.
Our biggest achievement to date is winning best burger in Ireland 2019 award, lots of hard work and commitment went into getting us where we are today with the help of our family and good friends.
Our Carbon footprint and environmental impact is very important to us. We insist on only using biodegradable packing.
