Hand rolled ice cream!

Sherpa Ice Cream specialises in “hand rolled” ice cream. For those who are not familiar with the concept, it originates from Thailand and the method used is that the ice cream is made on a stainless steel cold plate (approx -15degrees). The ice cream is put on in liquid form and and chopped together with ingredients from fresh fruit, Oreos, fudge, etc, before being neatly rolled up and served as a delicious and visually-appealing dessert!
