One Element Belfast helps you get fit while enjoying the outdoors and making friends at the same time. You will find us training in Orangefield Park rain or shine – Winter training can give the greatest highs! We use our outdoor fitness classes to build a supportive, positive and social atmosphere to deliver the best fitness results.
The training is deliberately challenging, you can do as little or as much as you like. There’s no need to worry about your fitness level and we motivate everyone to work at their own pace, within their abilities. That’s what One Element is all about. We even meet up for drinks, walks and other socials outside of training. We are very proud of our social fitness community in Belfast.
The main body of the session lasts about 40 minutes and differs every week. We start with a warmup and finish each hour-long session with a spot of core training and a good stretch. The trainer will then have a chat with you at the end to find out how you found it. You will leave a One Element session feeling energetic and positive – that’s a promise!
