Ten – fifteen minutes in any direction takes you to areas of outstanding natural beauty. The property is family-run and the accommodation comprises of two large bedrooms, a toilet and wash-hand basin on the ground floor, and a large shower room on the 1st floor. The dining room is in a light sunroom at the rear of the property, but breakfast is also available in the bedroom.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has onsite parking and free wifi. Washing facilities are available on request, and we provide clean bed linen and towels. We are highly recommended for our Irish Breakfast.
We are a family of four: Melanie and Adrian, and our two children, Aaron & Eva – we can’t wait to meet our guests! For 20 years Adrian was a competitive motorcycle racer who had wins all over Ireland and also the Isle of Man TT. The racing took us away from home almost every weekend from April till September since 1992 until Adrian retired in 2012.
We are both keen cyclists, and Aaron our son has spent some time in youth racing. I was a full-time fitness instructor until 2016, when I decided to take some time out and spend evenings in to be with our family. I am a keen crafter and spend hours knitting, sewing and creating pebble art.
We love beach walks with the dogs and also being around home. We opened our home in May 2019 with the intention of maybe having a few guests but by mid-July we were finding both rooms booked out very quickly. We absolutely love hosting and we’ve met some wonderful guests along the way!
